Prospect City Council’s longstanding commitment to the visual arts has led to the creation of Payinthi, a state of the art Community Hub, Library, and Innovation Centre (formerly known as CLIC). This modern facility houses the Council administration, library and art gallery, offering a versatile space which provides opportunities for all members of the community to visit, collaborate, engage and learn. The design thoughtfully integrates with the heritage Council Chambers building on the same site. Inside the Kobe Track Spots by Unios illuminate the ground floor, library, and art gallery, fostering an inviting and creative atmosphere.

The innovative design of Payinthi was led by JPE Design Studio, in collaboration with Lucid Consulting Engineers, who inspired the integration of cutting edge LED lighting solutions. The building’s exterior features a fully customized, on-site programmable RGBW LED lighting system, powered by ColorBurst IntelliHue Powercore by Color Kinetics.  This system allows users to easily create dynamic lighting displays for special events, seasonal celebrations, and community engagement.
