Dean is  passionate and result oriented with over 10 years of experience in sales and business development. His solid background as an Electrician, combined with extensive lighting industry experience, has enhanced his technical understanding and problem-solving abilities, allowing him to successfully deliver innovative and effective lighting solutions.

Dean collaborates closely with Engineers, Architects, Designers, and Contractors to create tailored lighting solutions for a range of projects, from residential to commercial. His contributions to significant project installations showcase his technical expertise and commitment to quality. Dean’s excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills ensure high client satisfaction, driving HI Lighting NSW’s growth through new business opportunities and the establishment of long-term partnerships.

Outside work Dean enjoys cocktail making and has an impressive travel record. He is also an avid sports enthusiast, actively participating in various sports and community activities.
